Extension of the validity period for street parking stickers

Friday 3 November 2017

The City of Saint-Lambert wishes to inform residents that it is extending the validity period for street parking stickers until December 31, 2018.

The street parking stickers that had been issued for the various sectors in the city are valid from 2015 to 2017, and are therefore set to expire on December 31 of this year.  As the City of Saint-Lambert is currently exploring a new way of issuing and managing the parking stickers, it has been decided to extend the validity period for one additional year, until December 2018.

Residents will therefore not be required to come to the Urban Planning, Permits and Inspection Department to obtain a new sticker. The one they have will automatically be renewed for another year, so they can continue to use it as usual.

The Longueuil agglomeration Police Department has been made aware of this initiative, so residents will not be liable for a ticket when they use their expired sticker.

Please note that the sticker remains valid only in the sector for which it was issued.
