Aquatic activities and facilities

The Ville de Saint-Lambert has one indoor pool, two outdoor pools, and three wading pools, so you can enjoy the pleasures of water any time of the year!

Activities offered

The City offers quality activities for every taste in both the indoor and outdoor pools. Check them out!

Increase your comfort level in the water or perfect your swimming technique by registering for Lifesaving Society swimming lessons. This program offers classes for children from 4 months to adults. Our certified instructors will help you reach your goals!

Concerned about your health? Discover the benefits of aquatic fitness. Classes are offered in either the shallow or the deep end, and are given by qualified, dynamic, and supportive instructors.

We offer the Lifesaving Society’s Bronze Medal Awards program. These classes provide training in lifesaving, supervision in aquatic facilities, and first aid. Then, build on your Bronze Medal Award skills by signing up for the National Lifeguard Service (NLS) course to become a lifeguard. And if you’re thinking of teaching lifesaving, the Lifesaving Instructor courses will provide you with the skills you require. For more information: www.lifesaving.ca or www.sauvetage.qc.ca

If you’ve successfully completed the Bronze Cross and want to pass on your knowledge to others, become a Red Cross Program swimming instructor by enrolling in the Canadian Red Cross Water Safety Instructor courses. You’ll acquire basic teaching skills and perfect your swimming technique and aquatic skills!

Registration for courses takes place online. To see what courses are being offered, you can perform a search in the online registration module, or for an overview of all the courses, consult the most recent edition of the recreation program available in the Publications section.
