La Grande marche de Saint-Lambert

On Saturday, October 19, the Ville de Saint-Lambert, in collaboration with Le Grand défi Pierre Lavoie and the Fédération des médecins omnipraticiens du Québec (FMOQ), will host La Grande marche in our community. The walk will be taking place in over 100 cities in Quebec.
Participating walkers, accompanied by family or friends, will be invited to do a 5-km loop around the streets of Saint-Lambert. Meet at Préville Park (120 Rue du Poitou) at 10:30 a.m., where entertainment will be waiting for you. The walk will start at 11 a.m. Register for free at onmarche.com.
The aim of the event is to raise public awareness of the importance of adopting healthy lifestyle habits and doing physical exercise.
