Public consultation meeting | PPCMOI - 125, Riverside Avenue

At its regular meeting held on Monday, November 4, 2024, the Municipal Council adopted First Draft Resolution No. 2024-11-421 concerning a specific construction, alteration or occupancy project for the building (PPCMOI) located at 125 Riverside Avenue in Saint-Lambert.

The purpose of the request is to authorize the extension of a single-family building with a floor area equivalent to 78.28% of the existing building's floor area, in violation of the standard allowing the floor area of a single-family building to be increased by a maximum of 50%.

A public consultation meeting on this project will be held on Monday, November 18, 2024 at 7 p.m. at the multi-purpose centre.
