Public consultation meeting | PPCMOI - 640, Pine Avenue

The Municipal Council adopted First Draft Resolution No. 2024-12-458 concerning a specific construction, alteration or occupancy project for the building (PPCMOI) located at 640, Pine Avenue in Saint-Lambert.

The purpose of the request is to authorize the addition of 2 additional units in the basement of an existing building, as well as an existing unit with acquired rights, for a total of 6 units. This contravenes the use and standards of the RB-1 zone, as defined in Appendix 2 of Zoning By-law 2024-215, which does not authorize a residential use of more than 3 units.

A public consultation meeting on this project will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 6:45 p.m. at the multi-purpose centre.
