Questions about your property assessment? Make an appointment with an evaluator.

If your property's new assessment seems inaccurate, or if you have questions about its new value, the first step is to get informed! The Longueuil agglomeration's Assessment Department offers you the opportunity to meet one-on-one with one of its evaluators, who will explain how they went about establishing the value of your property.

Appointments for Saint-Lambert residents will take place on February 18, 19 and 20. These meetings can be held face-to-face or remotely, depending on your preference.

Request an administrative review

If you still disagree with the new value on the notice of assessment, you can file a request for review. Instructions can be found on the Ville de Longueuil website.
