Intervention by the mayor of the Agglomération de Longueuil concerning the particular situation of Saint-Lambert

At the first agglomeration meeting of the year, held on January 23, 2025, Mayor Pascale Mongrain expressed her reservations about certain agglomeration resolutions.
Although she did not vote against any of the resolutions, the mayor explained that certain issues do not concern the Ville Saint-Lambert at all, such as industrial development, buffer strips and homelessness. These are investments and services for which Saint-Lambert contributes financially but does not benefit from.
