On Thursday, October 24, 2024, Mayor Pascale Mongrain gave an interview on Radio-Canada radio's le 15-18 program about the major changes coming in 2025 with regard to residual materials collections. Among other things, she spoke about the change in waste collection frequency to every three weeks for single-family homes and buildings with 8 dwellings or less, starting next January 1.
