New online tax account platform

Since January 2025, Saint-Lambert property owners have been able to consult their tax bills online. This service gives them easy, one-stop access to the following information about their property:

• This year's tax bill and history of past bills;
• Expected payment schedule;
• Transfer tax (if applicable);
• Real-time tax account balance;
• Reminder notices for due dates;
• Revised tax account (if required).

Citizens registered on this platform will receive their tax bills exclusively online, helping to reduce their ecological footprint. They will also receive an e-mail reminder a few days before each due date.

How do I register?

To access their tax account online, citizens must first register on the platform. To do so, they need their last annual tax bill issued in January in paper format, showing their tax bill number and the amount of the first instalment paid.

To receive their 2026 tax bill in electronic format, citizens must have completed their registration before December 15, 2025.
