UPDATE | Preventive boil-water advisory lifted for residents of De la Moselle and De la Gironde avenues

Our crews will be repairing two water main breaks this Wednesday, August 7, on De la Moselle and De la Gironde avenues.

!! During the work, traffic will remain open, but we ask motorists to avoid the area as much as possible. !!

During the repairs, residents in the area may be cut off from the water service. Once the water will be restored, a preventive boil-water advisory will be in effect. All affected residents will receive a door hanger informing them of the situation. They will need to boil the water for one minute before consuming it, until otherwise advised.

The preventive boil water advisory that was in effect for residents of 86 to 102 De la Moselle Avenue and for residents De la Gironde Avenue, is now lifted. It is no longer necessary to boil your water before using it.
