How the requests module works
The bciti+ mobile app lets you report a non-urgent issue in three easy steps:
- Select the nature of the issue.
- Identify yourself (name, address, contact details, etc.).
- Locate the issue on the map or enter the nearest street address.
- Add a description and snap a picture.
- Send your report.
The issue will immediately be added to our list of work orders. You can track the status of your report and receive notification at each stage until the issue is resolved.
The requests module should only be used for non-urgent issues where public safety is not at risk. When in doubt, call 911.
Participate in problem resolution
Even though the Public Works crew regularly patrols the municipality, citizens are often the first to notice something that is broken or damaged. By reporting an issue as soon as you see it, you’ll be contributing to improving your environment and the quality of services offered. You’ll be helping us to respond faster to correct various situations throughout the municipality.
