Program and registration
As part of its recreation program, the Ville de Saint-Lambert offers a wide range of classes and activities for seniors, adults, families and children of all ages. These activities are spread over four sessions: fall, winter, spring and summer.
For each session, activities, schedules and costs are listed in the Loisirs à la carte program, available in the Publications section.
Registration
Registration takes place online via the recreational activities registration module, on the dates specified in the Loisirs à la carte program.
A citizen's card is required for each person to be registered. You can renew it free of charge in person at the recreation center or library, or by e-mail at loisirs@saint-lambert.ca. Proof of residence will be required.

Young savvy lifeguard (8) | Prerequisite: successfully complete young initiated lifeguard. Young expert lifeguard (9) | Prerequisite: successfully complete young savvy lifeguard. Perfecting swimming strokes and developing rescue and first-aid skills. Bronze medal | Prerequisite: Bronze Star or 13 years of age. The bronze medal certification introduces the four basic components of lifesaving: judgment, knowledge, skill and fitness. General first aid | A 16-hour course that enables you to recognize abnormal signs and symptoms quickly. You'll learn how to treat priority emergencies (respiratory emergencies, cardiovascular emergencies, cardiopulmonary arrest, etc.) and secondary emergencies (convulsions, blood sugar problems, environmental problems, etc.), as well as how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED), administer epinephrine via auto-injector and perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) on adults, children and infants. | n/a |

Pilates for osteoporosis (for retirees) | This Pilates class for people with osteoporosis (or osteopenia) promotes abdominal activation and increased, gentle vertebral loading.
