Request to rent a field or a room
Are you looking for a different way to organise an activity, a business meeting or a family get-together? The Culture and Recreation Office may have the solution for you!
Various municipal local and fields can be rent for all kinds of occasions.
Check the availability of facilities
If you’d like to use one of the sports facilities on the spur of the moment, you can now check to see if it has already been reserved by consulting the reservations calendar. Simply select the facility, the park and check the desired time slot to see if it is booked. If it isn’t, you’re free to use it!
Submit a reservation request
If you would like to reserve a outdoor sport field, the gymnasium or a room at the recreation centre, complete the reservation request form below. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation within a few days of submitting your request. Please note that in the event of a major emergency, the City reserves the right to occupy the place.
Once your reservation request has been confirmed, you will receive an invoice by e-mail. Payment must be made in cash or credit card at the recreation centre desk or by phone at 450-672-4444 before the event. For a refund, cancellation must be made 72 hours before the date of your event.
The fact of submitting a reservation request does not guarantee that the place is available. Please wait for confirmation from the City before going ahead and organizing your event.
